IZZY ATKINSON JOINS GEN-Z FOOTBALL

We are delighted to welcome Sunderland's Republic of Ireland internation, Izzy Atkinson, to Gen-Z Football.

After making her name as a teenager at Shelbourne, Izzy moved to Celtic in 2020 and enjoyed spells in the WSL at West Ham United and Crystal Palace before landing in Sunderland last summer.

One of the most talented players to come out of Ireland in the last decade, Izzy won her first senior cap as a 16-year old in 2017, and hasn’t looked back since. A member of Ireland’s World Cup squad in 2023, Izzy has represented her country 24 times at senior level.
