Eve Annets

Manchester City FC

A tall, commanding goalkeeper with excellent distribution, Eve broke through at hometown club Reading in 2023 and earned England U19 honours the same year. She joined Manchester City in summer 2024, gaining senior experience on loan at Portsmouth (2024-25) and Crystal Palace (2025-26) and Hibernian (2026-27). Eve was a member of England's U20 World Cup squad.

Brooke Aspin

Bristol City

A tenacious, powerful centre-back and natural leader, Brooke made her Championship debut for Bristol City at just 16 before joining Chelsea in 2023. She captained England at the 2024 U19 Euros, is a current U23 international, and returned to Bristol City permanently in summer 2026.

Izzy Atkinson

Sunderland WAFC

Izzy made her name at an early age, playing Champions League football for Shelbourne at 16 and winning her first senior Ireland cap at the same age. Her pace and attacking output took her to Celtic, West Ham and Crystal Palace before joining Sunderland. A 2023 World Cup squad member, she has 24 senior caps.

Macy Bangura

Manchester City

A centre-forward with electric pace and ice-cool finishing, Macy scores every kind of goal: left foot, right foot and headers. Highly regarded on the England Talent Pathway, she has already scored for and captained her country at youth level, and joined Manchester City in summer 2026 from her hometown club Durham.

Keira Barry

Bay FC

A powerful forward who can play anywhere across the front three, Keira came through Manchester United's academy and made her first-team debut in 2023. Capped at multiple youth levels, most recently U23, she joined NWSL side Bay FC on a four-year deal in January 2026. Keira was called into the senior England squad in 2025.

Fran Bentley

Bristol City FC

A composed, ball-playing goalkeeper with sharp shot-stopping reflexes, Fran came through the Manchester City and United youth systems before joining Bristol City in 2022. She captained the Robins to WSL promotion in 2023, lifting the trophy at Ashton Gate, and is a recent England U23 international.

Milly Boughton

Hibernian FC

A versatile forward who moved from Australia to England in 2022, Milly came through West Ham's academy before debuting for Tottenham in November 2023 and joining Arsenal in 2024. An Australia U20 and U23 international who played at the 2024 U20 Asian Cup, she joined Scottish Champions Hibernian FC in 2025.

Aoibhe Brennan

Manchester City

One of the League of Ireland's most exciting talents whilst playing at Bohemians, Aoibhe signed a three-year deal with Manchester City in September 2026. A tenacious, technical central midfielder, confident in and out of possession, she has represented Ireland from U16 to U19 and earned her first senior call-up in April 2026.

Tiree Burchill

Hibernian FC

A forward from Celtic's academy, Tiree debuted for the first team at 16 and scored 7 goals in 32 appearances, alongside loans at Hamilton, Motherwell and Partick Thistle. After a permanent move to Partick in 2024, the Scotland U17 and U19 international joined champions Hibernian in summer 2025.

Jess Collyer

West Bromwich Albion

A pacy forward with a sharp eye for goal, Jess can lead the line or attack from wide. She came through West Ham's academy, representing Wales at youth level, and her form at Loughborough Lightning while completing her degree sparked interest. West Brom won the race to sign Jess in summer 2026.

Eleanor Dale

Tampa Bay Sun FC

A powerful, direct and clinical number 9, Eleanor was named Big Ten Forward of the Year and a first-team All-American during her time in the USA college system. In 2026, after spells at Everton and two seasons at Sunderland, the England U23 international joined Tampa Bay Sun FC in the USL.

Anouk Denton

Bay FC

One of England's brightest young full-backs, equally at home on the left or right, Anouk came through Arsenal's academy and turned professional at West Ham in 2023. Capped from U15 to U23, she made her senior England debut in December 2025, then joined Bay FC as West Ham's record sale in January 2026.

Katie Dungate

Fulham FC

Comfortable at left-back or on the left wing, Katie came through Chelsea's academy and represented England at multiple youth levels. She turned professional at Birmingham City in 2023, won the FA WNL title and promotion on loan at Nottingham Forest in 2024-25, and joined Fulham in summer 2025 where she secured another promotion. to the WNL.

Jess Fitzgerald

Hibernian FC

A gifted central midfielder, Jess was a standout at Peamount United from 2022, making her Champions League debut in summer 2024 and representing Ireland at the U19 European Championships. Her performances earned a move to SWPL champions Hibernian in summer 2025, where she continues to show impressive form.

Keira Flannery

Charlton Athletic FC

A natural midfield anchor, Keira developed at Arsenal before joining childhood club West Ham at 16 and making her WSL debut against Chelsea in 2023. After loans at Reading and Sunderland, she helped Charlton to promotion on loan in 2025-26 and signed permanently on a three-year deal in August 2026. She has represented England at all age groups up to U23.

Freya Godfrey

London City Lionesses

Shortlisted for the 2024 Golden Girl Award, Freya is one of world football's most exciting young talents. The Arsenal academy wide forward made her WSL debut in 2023, scored 8 in 19 for England U19s and captained them at the 2024 Euros. The U23 international joined London City in 2025, after earning promotion to the WSL, and registered 10 goal involvements in her first full WSL season. Freya established herself in the England senior squad in 2026.

Scarlett Herron

Hibernian FC

A tenacious, left-footed centre-back from Monaghan, Scarlett is one of Irish football's most exciting prospects, named Ireland's U19 International Player of the Year in 2022. Her rise continued with a move to Scottish champions Hibernian in summer 2025, where she's building on a hugely promising start.

Freya Hirons

Manchester City FC

A powerful, old-school number 9 and one of the country's most exciting young goalscorers, Freya made her name in Aston Villa's academy and with England at U15 and U17 level. She joined Manchester City's PGA team in July 2025 and looks set to be a star of the future.

Ellen Jones

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC

A winger with electric pace who can play on either flank or as a 10, Ellen creates and scores from wide areas. After turning professional at Leicester City in 2022, she spent three seasons with Sunderland in WSL2 and earned a senior Wales call-up. She joined Wolves in summer 2026.

Nelly Las

Chelsea FC

Nelly made her WSL debut for Leicester City at 16, against Manchester City. Capped by England from U16 to U23, she made the Team of the Tournament at the 2024 U17 Euros and helped England qualify for the U20 World Cup. She joined Chelsea on a four-year deal in summer 2026, making her Champions League debut soon after.

Isla Law

Bristol City WFC

The latest talent off Bristol City's academy production line, Isla is comfortable at centre-back or full-back and has represented England up to U17 level. She made her first-team debut in November 2025, in midfield against Tottenham, showing the technical and tactical quality to become an outstanding footballer.

Ruby Mace

Tottenham Hotspur FC

A tenacious, technical central midfielder, Ruby makes her presence felt in both boxes with a dynamic, all-action style. Already training with Tottenham's first team, she's taking the next big steps in her development, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for her.

Izzy Milne

Fulham FC

A left-footed defender equally at home at full-back or centre-back, Izzy came through Chelsea's academy from U12 to U18, starting every game of their 2022-23 Academy League Cup win. She debuted for Southampton in 2023, was a regular for England U17s and U18s, and joined Fulham in summer 2025 winning promotion to the WNL.

Emily Murphy

Brighton and Hove Albion FC

A Chelsea academy product, Emily took the college route in the USA, captaining Wake Forest to the 2024 NCAA Finals. She returned to England with Newcastle United in January 2025 before joining Brighton & Hove Albion in 2026. An Ireland international, she's impressing for club and country.

Tara O’Hanlon

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC

A technical, tenacious left-back, Tara made her senior Ireland debut against the USA in April 2023, aged just 18. She joined Manchester City from hometown club Peamount United in January 2024, gained experience on loan at Sunderland and Celtic, and signed permanently with Wolves in summer 2026.

Poppy Pattinson

London City Lionesses

One of the WSL's most recognisable faces and most talented left-footed defenders, Poppy developed in Manchester City's academy before turning pro at Bristol City. Eight seasons with Bristol City, Everton and Brighton followed. Capped by England from U16 to U23, she joined London City Lionesses in July 2025, and won her first England senior cap later that year.

Sophia Poor

London City Lionesses

Sophia made her WSL debut for Aston Villa at 17, against Chelsea, and impressed so much she was nominated for the league's Player of the Month award. Capped from U16 to U23, she helped England finish runners-up at the 2024 U17 Euros, and joined London City on a three-year deal in 2025.

Hannah Poulter

Brighton & Hove Albion FC

Hannah was named on Reading's first-team bench at just 16. After a spell at the University of South Carolina, she signed a three-year deal with Brighton in 2024, then joined Portsmouth on loan in 2025. Capped at every youth level, she's been in England squads at the U17 and U19 Euros.

Poppy Pritchard

Leicester City FC

One of the most talked-about young strikers around, Poppy burst onto the scene at Durham before Manchester City signed her on Deadline Day in January 2024. She starred at the 2024 U19 Euros, with a hat-trick against Lithuania and the winner against France. A Nike athlete, Poppy joined Leicester in 2026 on a 3 year deal.

Evie Rabjohn

Celtic FC

Now established as a defensive midfielder after starting out at centre-back and right-back, Evie is one of the country's most highly rated young players. She made her WSL debut for Aston Villa in 2022, joined Manchester United in 2023, played at the 2024 U19 Euros, and signed for Celtic in January 2026.

Olivia Rabjohn

West Bromwich Albion FC

Liv's story started in West Bromwich Albion's academy at U10 level, and after spells with Birmingham City, Aston Villa and Coventry United, she returned home to the Baggies in 2023. Off the pitch, she coaches at The Albion Foundation and founded Livin Football, supporting young female footballers.

Katelin Talbert

Calgary Wild FC

A 6ft goalkeeper with a commanding presence, strong shot-stopping and the passing range to play out from the back, Katelin won two league titles and two cups at Benfica, where she was 2022's Goalkeeper of the Season. After West Ham, Tottenham and Aston Villa, she joined Calgary Wild in January 2026.

Tianna Teisar

Watford FC

A Bristol City academy product, Tianna broke into the first-team squad at 16 and turned professional in 2023. Having represented Wales at every junior level, she made her senior international debut in October 2025, and signed for newly promoted WSL2 side Watford on a permanent deal in summer 2026.

Emma Thompson

Oxford United FC

A centre-forward with a prolific record in Chelsea's academy, Emma made her senior debut as a teenager and turned professional in 2022. A long-term move to Southampton followed in 2023, along with a loan at Portsmouth in 2025, before she joined Oxford United in July 2025.

Maddi Wilde

Burnley FC

A right-back or centre-back from Bristol City's youth programme, Maddi became Gen-Z's first female client to turn professional in 2022. She's a serial winner: promotion with Bristol City in 2023, promotion with London City in 2025 and the Scottish Cup on loan at Celtic, before joining Burnley in 2026.

Naomi Williams

Watford FC

Naomi Williams joined Arsenal as a scholar in 2018, and signed her first professional contract in June 2023.

After building vital experience training alongside some of the world's best players, she went on loan with Bristol City in 2025, where she impressed in the League Cup.

Naomi joined Watford on a permanent transfer in 2026.
